1. I stopped blogging for a while because of this kind of battle with the idea of, basically, publicly journaling and how ridiculous it generally tended to be and the strong sense of feeling so pretentious. Who really cares what I think?!
That was how I felt at first. But then I started to admit to myself that I was really just tired of grieving; of grievous thoughts and of simply being the same ALL the time.
2. I just allowed my time to be sapped away by work. I teach and coach because I truly enjoy teaching and coaching these kids, but I have not taken time to have a life outside of work. It is easier to stay busy and have excuses.
3. Most of the time I forget I even have a blog.
4. Pure laziness at times is also why I haven't blogged in over a year and a half! Wow.
There isn't much to discuss momentarily, but I hope to be a bit more consistent in blogging and I'll try again later.
